Silverton Mayor's Court meets the first and third Wednesday of every month. Court sessions begin promptly at 4:00pm. Check the Calendar of Events for specific court dates.

Office hours: Monday - Friday
8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please call ahead to confirm that the clerk is available.

Payments are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the Silverton Police Department. Acceptable forms of payment includue cash, check, money order, Visa and MasterCard. If you wish to pay by mail, simply sign the back of the citation where indicated and send the payment to:

NOTE: In the State of Ohio, insurance follows the vehicle, not the person. When driving a vehicle make sure there is an insurance card in the vehicle. If you are stopped by a Police Officer, you must provide proof of insurance. If proof is not in the vehicle, you must bring proof when paying your citation or coming to court. Failure to do so will result in a Financial Responsiblility Act suspension by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
